WaJosiah Development Trust is a community-driven organisation dedicated to uplifting vulnerable families and improving the quality of life in Bikita and surrounding areas. Founded on compassion and a deep desire to transform lives, the Trust was established after the Mazengwa family witnessed the daily struggles faced by local communities—limited healthcare access, social challenges, poverty, and the growing impact of climate change.
